    • SYNOPSIS Maitemina is about a trumpet player who, in the middle of the San Fermin festivities, feels ignored by the thousands of people around him. No one seems to pay any attention to him except for another boy who quickly gets lost in the tide of people flooding the city. Finding him is then an almost impossible job, and she will only meet him again in her dreams.

    • TRACK RECORD IN LABORATORIES OR MENTORING Pausa Dramàtica Films is a Catalan production company formed by Anna Moragriega Farrés and Olga Doganoc Bosch, focused on independent cinema of new young talent that addresses social, queer and feminist themes. "El tren de l'alegria" (Jordi Boquet, 2023) is their first short film, candidate for the Goya 2024. They have also produced the short film "Niuada" (Valèria Cuní, 2023, winner of the Best Spanish Production Award at the Filmets festival), the microseries "CCCCStories" for the CCCC of Valencia (2022-2024) and the short films "Extraviado" (David S. Murga) starting its distribution, and "Hoy no ha dormido bien" (Enrique Perales), which premiered in the section La otra mirada de Medina del Campo. They have also produced the short film "Maitemina" (Erik Rodríguez, 2024), which has been selected at Shortzinema and will begin its distribution shortly. At the same time, they are in postproduction of the short films "Ocaso" (Alexander Mansfield Martinez), in collaboration with RSA Films, shot in October 2023, and "Dàlia" (Àgueda Sfer), in co-production with La Charito Films and with the support of ICEC and ICAA. They are also pre-producing "Vergüenza" (Cristian Beteta), with Alhena Productions and ICEC grants. They are also developing Jordi Boquet's debut feature "Riure" (Selected in LA INCUBADORA - ECAM 2024), Camila Pineda's "El estudio" (2021, Torino Film Lab, Toronto and MediaPro Lab) and Erik Rodriguez's "La Maldita Trinidad" (2023, D'A Film Lab). They are also financing the hybrid feature film "Lóngquán", directed by Adrià Guxens (shooting in November 2024), and financing several short films. Prior to the creation of the production company, Anna Moragriega Farrés worked as production assistant at Nostromo Pictures (Los renglones torcidos de Dios, Mi soledad tiene alas), was associate producer of the documentary "Hermano Caballo" (Dir. Marcel Barrena, Gaudí nominee for Best Documentary) and production manager of "Historia de pastores" (Dir. Jaime Puertas, premiered at IFFR). Olga Doganoc has worked as production assistant at Amoros Producciones and has been the right hand of production director and producer Josep Amorós. At the same time, she is production manager of numerous projects, including the feature film "Pequeños calvarios" (Dir. Javi Polo) and the short film winner of the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance 2024, "La Gran Obra" (Dir. Alex Lora).
